Amy is an incredible, gifted Chiropractor, she is so attuned to what my body (& soul!) needs and has 100% kept me together through both times of stress or emotional symptoms and physical ailments from injury. You're in safe hands with the team at Thrive, I cannot recommend this practise highly enough.
Sally's massages are incredible too - I was fortunate enough to receive a gift voucher for my birthday, I will definitely be back!

I have been going to Thrive for over a year. I see two of the practitioners on a regular basis. Amy (chiropractor) and Marta (acupuncturist).

It is a wonderful, supportive and warm environment. It has a beautiful and tranquil setting and there is always a warm welcome waiting for you.

Amy is a wonderfully intuitive,sensitive and caring person. I have 100% trust that she knows what my body needs. She works on the physical and somatic side of things.

I had an extreme anxiety attack a few weeks ago. To say that Amy and Sally went above and beyond is the understatement of the year. I simply would not have got through without them and I will be forever grateful.

I went to Sally for the first time after the attack. She was extremely tentative and her main focus was on helping my body recover from the ordeal. She is a multitalented, very down to earth and caring lady. I Highly recommend her.

Marta is very insightful, lovely lady. She tunes into my body and makes sure that my chakras are open and my energies are flowing. We always manage to have a good laugh too.

You can’t really go wrong! A wonderful team that covers all bases.

I have attended Thrive for almost a year and find the environment and staff very warm and relaxing. I have been seeing Amy for chiropractic treatment and find her skills amazing. She is very knowledgeable, explains her techniques clearly and is always anxious to learn more. Always a joy to have an appointment!

A wonderful, warm and welcoming place. I travel an hour each way to be treated by Amy because she is just incredible. She is intuitive, knowledgeable and really cares about every client. All staff at Thrive are also very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend paying Thrive a visit!

I’m aged 64 6’3” 15 stone and generally fairly fit. I received an assessment and treatment on Monday this week 1st July 2024 for a spasm pain in my lower back which was very uncomfortable. Also had a very stiff and nerve tingling neck which was worrying as I am about to go on a windsurfing holiday and wearing my harness and twisting my head was really painful.

Vicky did a comprehensive assessment then tweaked my spine in various places and mobilised my neck. She explained everything she was doing and I felt so relaxed while she identified the various parts of me that were out of alignment and then manipulated me I nearly went to sleep. When I walked out I was immediately feeling much better and no further pain in my back.

I returned this morning Wednesday 3rd July 2024 for a secondary follow up and once again things have improved so much that I now feel able to go on my holiday next week.

I can heartily recommend Vicky and will be checking in again in a months time when I am back in Cornwall at our second home as I feel that more treatments will further increase my neck mobility even more.

Thank you Vicky for seeing me so promptly and coming in early today to fit me in and to Emma for the warm reception on my arrival. And to Sally for rearranging this mornings appointment so efficiently.
