100% recommend Daria for any type of therapy, especially hypnotherapy. She is amazing at what she does, and very understanding and helpful. I've noticed huge differences already in a few sessions - and could see the benefits even after one session, so it really does work! If you need support in any area, I completely recommend Daria as her sessions are so powerful and always tailored to what you need.

Daria is just amazing she’s helped me with my confidence no end. I also had a session focused on skiing and for the first time in 5 years I managed a week skiing without crying and felt confidence I have never felt before. It made me enjoy skiing finally! Daria is such an amazing therapist. She's very gentle but precise with her work and makes me super confident in every session. Daria has got a lot of knowledge and she understands my needs very well. I've had many therapy sessions with different therapists but Daria was the only one that could delve deep enough into my traumas and recognise the cause. A neighbour had hypnotherapy and I was amazed at her transformation, she recommended I gave it a go. I was really struggling with depression and anxiety and felt 'stuck'. My introduction session, remotely, was fabulous. Half an hour talking about me and what I hoped to achieve, and then Daria explaining about how the brain works in a really easy to understand way. I had two sessions face to face and the remainder (just three, in my case) remotely. I can't explain how this works but I truly feel different. I no longer feel 'stuck' and in a short period have time I have made significant changes in my life. I'm now recommending hypnotherapy to friends and family when they share their struggles with me. I started to see Daria after multiple panic attacks, one of which led me to the emergency room at a nearby hospital, where I thought I was having a heart attack.
My anxiety was becoming a burden on my life to the extent that I was constantly living in fear of my impeding doom. I started to believe this was incurable and something I’d have to live with for the rest of my life, until I came across hypnotherapy. I was recommended to Daria from a friend and after a few sessions, I was able to prevent my panic attacks from happening. Months later, I am a new person, I no longer live in fear nor have had a panic attack since. Daria has changed my life for the better and I can’t thank her or recommend her enough!

I was scared of flying. Every trip was a horror of anxiety, panic and a lot of stress. I have tried everything, my last hope was Daria. And it worked!
