I recently underwent hypnotherapy with Neil to stop vaping.
This has worked so well and I have had no withdrawal symptoms or cravings!
Neil is very welcoming and I felt at ease throughout the process.
A knowledgeable and excellent hypnotherapist who I feel genuinely cares about his patients.
I thought the stop vaping fee was very reasonable and alot cheaper than the others I looked at.
Also I liked the fact that the appointment length is not set in stone so didn't feel rushed.

I'm a big believer in givng your mind the care and space it needs, and along with meditation and mindfulness practices, I find that hypnotherapy can make the "holy trinity" of peace, presence and mental strength. Hypnotherapy, for me at least, needs the right practitioner. Neil's great; empathetic, dedicated, inquisitive and intuitive. He's a kind man with a kind voice and has helped me greatly both personally and prfessionally. wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. We've worked on a combination of bad habits, intrinsic moptivation and self care. It's been a great journey so far.

Neil was professional and compassionate as always. I had a new experience yesterday with the Hypno-com 5 audio equipment. It sounds as though Neil's voice in is your head, it allowed me to relax quicker as it removed the usual distractions/ noises of the outside world. The headphones are very comfortable you forget your wearing them. It gives you a more intense and deeper experience, I found it helped immensely and I would highly reccomend that you try it. Now that I have used it I wouldn't like to go back, I would use this equipment every time it's great.
