Highly recommend Kemmy!! She truly cares about the treatment and uses a variety of techniques suitable for the person. Post pregnancy and birth, I had been suffering with a bad back which was getting worse over time, which meant I struggled to lift my child. I had tried physio and the branded “mummy mot” services over the year but none of this worked for a long term solution as my back pain kept returning. After seeing Kemmy, she identified my issues and helped me to understand what could help in the long run. She not only provided treatment in the appointment but also provided exercises to ensure I kept up strength. Kemmy looks at the whole picture and situation to identify causes of pain and that guides her treatment. I saw benefits after the first appointment and I have made changes to my life following her recommendations. I cannot recommend Kemmy enough and I can already hold my child with no lingering pain after just 4 sessions.

Wow what an experience. I was blown away by the Cranial Osteopathy carried out and how relaxed and at peace I felt. I was also so impressed with Kemmy’s knowledge of the body and linking her biomechanical knowledge to my overall presentation. What was so unique was Kemmy applying tape to my back to show me how my posture should be, this is a great approach and I genuinely felt the difference.
