I have been with Zena for over a year. She's qualified and really tune into what you need. She's hard working and really make me feel relax and less tense after and during the session. Highly recommended and I'm looking forward to Zena being my therapist for many years to come.

Zena is very hard working, polite and caring. Last year, I was off sick for 8 months with low back pain and sciatica which was made worse after a fall at work.
I was nearly crippled. Zena visited me at home with her massage bed and gave me a massage. I have also done two sessions with her at her home and she was very good. Her massage sessions with acupuncture, etc, got me better and I went back to work. I have been managing my pains and continue to work. If I need a massage at any time, I’ll book an appointment with Zena as she is very good with her healing hands.

Zena is brilliant. I’ve had so many massages before with beauty therapists, sports massages etc and none are as good as Zena. She seems to get the perfect balance for me between a really relaxing massage and also working on the areas that are really tense. Definitely worth a visit!

Zena knows what she is doing. I went for a sports massage for injured hamstrings. She dealt with tight shoulders and hips too. It was a deep and robust massage, and I walked away much looser and better.
