Having full time carer for my Dad Was very daunting for us all. We were introduced to Sahid. We were informed this was his first full time care placement. Still anxious. However a few days later Sahid had built a fabulous relationship with my dad. He listened to what dad wanted and respected his wishes. Sahid has now finished his term. I could see Dad was emotional when saying goodbye. Thankyou Sahid for making this step such a positive experience. All other supporting staff have also been fantastic.

Thank you for providing such great care for our Dad. When he first came home from the hospital for end of life care, you sent someone who was not equipped to take care of him. She was lovely, but it was her first placement and she was out of her depth. When we communicated this to you, you quickly replaced her with Masud who was truly incredible. He quickly developed a great relationship with my dad and proceeded to give him the highest level of care. The folks who came in to help Masud were also great. They would come into the house with great energy and made sure that my dad was comfortable. I wish I was better with names, but I do remember that Eileen was lovely. My only criticism is that Masud came to our house not knowing that my dad was dying which would have been good information for him to have. He soon figured it out and took immaculate care of his patient.

Holistic provided care at short notice when my father was discharged hone from hospital to receive end of life care. Unfortunately the live in carer was totally unsuitable. Not her fault at all. The agency clearly had not provided any hands-on training for her snd this was certainlynot a job for someonewith no experience. She called for our help when Dad woke up and had no experience whatsoever in turning patients or helping with their personal hygiene - routine things. She was also pretty clueless about how to fit in to the household. I did not feel comfortable about returning to my own home so remained at my Dad's home until a replacement could be found. Masud proved to be a wonderful carer and looked after my dad in a caring and dignified way. It was a shame that he had not been informed by the agency that he was to provide end of life care. Again, not a criticism of Masud - just some feedback for the Agency.

We have nothing but praise for the team of Carers that have been looking after Angela. They have been remarkable in everything they do for her. They are outstandingly patient with her, often under trying situations, always positive and cheerful and perform their duties of dressing/preparing for bed efficiently and with the minimal of fuss. We rely on them to get us through the day and night and we are thankful they are there to help us.

AVOID If you can!!!!! So far this company have provided 2 waking night carers for my family member who is on end of life care 1 who is certainly not suited to caring and the 2nd arrived not knowiing 1/2 the things needed to provide end of life care and had been told she was coming to a dementia client not someone who is clinically ill!! Disgraceful company avoid if possible!!
