Our baby boy had colics and really bad reflux from about 3 weeks old. I mentioned this to a friend who recommended to take him to this practice.
Honestly, I wasn't expecting much as we already tried all the usual stuff (colief, infacol, had gaviscon prescribed by the GP, changed formula) but it was not really improving.
We agreed with Jenna to stop everything else we already used to see if the sessions made any difference. We saw Jenna twice in total and after the first session, it seemed like our son was much calmer, less tense and we didn't have any more episodes of long crying in the evening. His reflux has also improved...Overall, I think it really helped and we had a much happier baby! 🙂

Excellent experience with painful ingrown toenail carefully (and painlessly) removed and general MOT on feet. Very happy with results, feel as though I am walking on air. Would thoroughly recommend the Waterside Practice - indeed, I have booked for a massage next time.

This is my first ever visit to an osteopathy clinic! How l wish l had taken the decision much much earlier instead of believing that nothing could be done for my lower back problems! From the moment l stepped into the practice, professionalism screamed out at me! I was utterly at ease, although unlocking years of muscle tension was mildly uncomfortable!
