I started 2024 with the intent of focusing on my health. My constant back, shoulder and neck pain was where I decided to start.

I have scoliosis and wanted to find a chiropractor who understood this condition and how to help me and my curved spine in the right way, as I've had many failed attempts in the past.

Fast forward 10 months and I cannot be happier that I found New Heights Wellness. I am actively working through improving my scoliosis curves with a Socoli Brace, regular traction and adjustments. My health has massively improved. Not only do I physically feel better and more mobile, my fatigue has reduced and the brace is working its magic!

It turns out walking through the New Heights Wellness door was the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. So if you're looking for some help, guidance and support towards a better you, look no further!

THE BEST!!!! U have spent thousands on physiotherapy, osteopaths, private scans and appointments and not one gave me the in depth information or support that New Heights have offered. Honestly, it has been life changing meeting David and Sophie and the support and treatments they offer. David's specialist knowledge is unbelievable.
