Daniel has been extremely helpful with my back issues.

Over the course of a few years, with his treatment, and a recommend changes in my excersie routines, I have almost eliminated my back pain.

They provide the perfect balance of medical treatment / human advice / interaction and sympathy to get you where you want to be.

Changing daily habits isn't easy, but the 45mins I'm there, is very beneficial, and relatively painless!

I had problems with my lower back and the hip. We had 4 sessions with Daniel in a month. To be honest, all of them were so painful. At the end of each I felt so tired. However, he helped me getting better. Many thanks, Daniel. There are two main reasons for sharing my opinion - one is his professional approach ( I am greatful for that) and the other one is letting people know they should give it a go.

Daniel was brilliant. I first went to see him about a shoulder problem but at the same time I was seeing a consultant. After the consultants examination they suggested I had a steroid and local anaesthetic injection! Daniel challenged this saying why would I have a steroid and local anaesthetic when they hadn’t diagnosed what the problem was. I then took this challenge back to the consultant who then referred me for a Nerve conducting test, which was the direction Daniel told me to go. This resulted in being diagnosed as having Brachial Neuritis. The treatment for this diagnosis was the exercises Daniel had told me to do and no steroid or anaesthetic required to be given! Daniel is just brilliant at his job and happy to challenge a direction given by another profession. I would thoroughly recommend this organisation and in particular Daniel.

Saw Daniel here three times on a personal recommendation in response to a severe muscle spasm issue which was badly affecting my movement. I have been to see osteopaths and chiropractors in the past and Daniel has been different class. He both helped resolve the problem with some manipulation and adjusting of my shoulders, but gave me really good advice to help manage and prevent it recurring.

Michelle has been helping me with all the neck, shoulder and hand nerve issues I've been having. She's very knowledgeable, kind and considerate and the sessions are so relaxing and beneficial. She's also given me exercise plans weekly to help rehabilitate my joints. It's the first time I've had this kind of massage therapy and it's been very helpful. We're now working on other areas where I'm having troubles to get me back on track, from the feet up! I highly recommend Michelle's massage therapy.
