The cosy and calm atmosphere truly is a wonderful cafe to settle in, chat with the owners and enjoy a very healthy and mindfully made coffee or cacao or tea. The owners Sonia and Adam are easy going and lovely to chat with making you feel at home right away. Locally sourced and top quality food and drinks that I haven’t seen anywhere else in Kent. Enjoy your time here. They both have a lot to offer, not just a cafe. They host events - spiritual and community based as well as their own private gym studio! For a small hub they have big hearts and have a lot to offer. Definitely check it out if in the area!!!

Absolutely loved our experience at Trinity Wellness in Folkestone! We hosted our leaving lunch here with friends, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The vegan food was delicious—full of flavor and clearly made with care. The tea and cacao were equally amazing, adding a special touch to the afternoon. Adam and Sonia were exceptional hosts, warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was peaceful and uplifting, making it the ideal spot to gather and celebrate. A Gem in Folkestone!

Trinity is truly one of our favourite places in Folkestone. The moment you step in, you're greeted by the incredible vibrations and high-frequency resonance of the place.

The atmosphere is harmonious and the vibe is simply beautiful.

Today, I had the pleasure of trying their delicious food bowl, and it was the best thing ever! The flavors were perfectly balanced and every bite was a delight.

Adam served us the most delicious Cacao-puccino, which has now become my new favourite drink.

Both Sonia and Adam are incredibly welcoming and kind. They have created such a warm and inviting environment that makes you feel right at home.

Their dedication to providing an exceptional experience is evident in every detail.

If you're in Folkestone, Trinity is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

I discovered there is much more to meditation than sitting crossed-legged and trying to relax. Adam’s meditation session on Monday night was truly sublime, comprising an array of beautiful activities.

Adam has a depth of knowledge and skills. He led us through emotional release, connecting with the playful inner child, an exquisite cacao ceremony, attuning to our senses, listening to the uplifting sounds of the Tibetan crystal bowl, simple breathing techniques to still our busy minds, an exercise to open the Third Eye of wisdom and we completed the evening with a magical guided visualisation.

The new Trinity Wellness Hub is a little sanctuary of peace, love and joy; a place to throw off stresses and worries and find your equilibrium. I came away feeling restored and positive about myself and ready to face the challenges of the week ahead.

I recommend Adam’s meditation sessions to anyone seeking comfort and spiritual connection. His kind and soothing voice allows you to slow down and listen to a higher part of your Self.

Congratulations to Adam and Sonia on creating something delightfully divine in the heart of Folkestone town. I wish them great success as they support people on a path to deeper understanding and fulfilment. May the Trinity Wellness Hub flourish and grow.

Delighted to find this new wellbeing cafe, where the teas are specially selected and the vibes from the carefully chosen music by Adam leave you feeling relaxed. There is meditation and yoga, fitness classes downstairs if you want something extra (you have to book) Plus Dr Legume bowls if you are feeling hungry...but in a world full of Starbucks, Costa and unhealthy food it's great to find this little gem of a place...

It’s so refreshing to find a wellbeing cafe in the town! Adam and Sonia are very welcoming and their specially selected healthy menu - often local food and drinks ticks everything you could ask for!

Great place, away from the corporate likes of Costa and Starbucks etc. A great place to unwind, chill, enjoy something healthy and different to eat or drink. A pleasant change to what we've come to accept as 'the norm'
