Took part in the Power Room through my employer this year. It was a fantastic experience and has helped me get to know other people in my organisation better. My job role is quite niche so we don't always collaborate much with people from other departments, but during the sessions I identified a couple of areas where we can work together more closely with different people! I learned loads about myself and worked on strategies I can adopt to increase my confidence and to be a more positive person going forward!

The Power Room is absolutely fantastic, I highly recommend for anyone who is struggling with self confidence, self doubt, or is just unsure where to go in life! The sessions are really good fun but also super informative and give you the tools you need to start making changes which have a huge impact on your outlook on life.

I took part in the Power Room with Lucy Cox in October 2023 and it changed my mindset and enabled me to make progress when I felt very stuck. Lucy is an inspiration and her thoughts and gentle challenge enabled the whole group to connect, share ideas and to support each other. I couldn't recommend Lucy and The Acadame highly enough. I attended the Power Room recently. It has been so worth while and proved to make positive changes in my life already. Through seeking feedback and working on my self doubt I suddenly felt confident enough to apply for a new job which I never would have applied for without doing this workshop and I got the job. I also use a lot of techniques Lucy taught us in my personal life and they are really helping in situations that would have triggered me and sent me in to my usual patterns of overthinking before. The rest of the group I attended the workshop with along with Lucy have proved to be a great source of support too. If you are deliberating attending any of these workshops make the leap! You will be equipped with a new tool kit for dealing with situations life throws at you and you will not look back.
