Life is hard, sometimes you just need a little hope & magic!!

Carole is kind, genuine, and extremely talented hypnotherapist/ reflexologist. Her work helps unlock imperative life lessons, she brings awareness to your deep rooted ways of thinking and consciousness. With only few sessions with Carole, I came to a greater understanding of my behavior and past patterns that led me to oppressed emotions and cycle of negative outcomes.

If you want to see REAL CHANGES to your life, I highly recommend hypnotherapy with Carole over regular counseling( talk-therapy).

I've been visiting Carole for over a year, and I can't recommend her highly enough. Initially hesitant about counselling, I started with reflexology to get a feel for the place. I needn't have worried - Carole is an incredibly kind, caring, and genuine therapist.

I opted for BWRT (Brain Working Recursive Therapy) instead of traditional counselling, and I'm so grateful I did. The results were so positive that I continued with WSN (Warrior, Settler, Nomad) therapy. Both treatments have significantly improved my well-being & self worth. I have more self-confidence than ever before!

Carole is such a lovely, warm and caring lady. I felt instantly at ease on my first visit. I had a very irregular cycle and fertility concerns. With reflexology, Carole balanced my cycle and I am happy to say my concerns over my fertility have vanished as I am now expecting my first child. I couldn't recommend Carole more!

Carole is amazing. She helped me through my pregnancy with migraines and I'm 99% sure she sent me into labour when I was 10 days overdue. I was booked in for an induction the next day and was so pleased when I went into labour naturally the evening I had seen her!
All of my family now see her and I recommend her to everyone ☺️
She is so much more to me than a reflexologist ❤️
