5-Star Experience at CHC Aesthetics

My first chemical peel facial at CHC Aesthetics was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and in good hands.
The treatment was surprisingly gentle on my skin while providing the deep exfoliation I desperately needed. My consultant, Lily, was extremely knowledgeable about skincare and carefully guided me through each step of the process. Her expertise was evident as she properly hydrated and protected my skin after the chemical peel.
I was particularly impressed with the immediate results - my skin left the clinic looking noticeably brighter, feeling tighter, and with a radiant glow. I appreciate that the benefits will continue to develop over time, but the instant improvement was remarkable.
As an added bonus, I received red light therapy, which was a new and enjoyable experience for me.
Overall, this facial was exactly what my skin needed. Lily's professional approach combined with the effective treatment has made me a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend CHC Aesthetics for anyone looking to rejuvenate their skin with a chemical peel facial.

Unprofessional staff, poor communication, and very rude behaviour and waste of time. Would not recommend CHC Aesthetic.
Putting false allegations and calling me abusive only shows how you treat your clients. Instead of accepting any responsibility, you're shifting the entire blame onto me. This speaks volumes about your customer service.

I arrived on time, but due to no parking availability near your clinic, I was delayed. Still, I was made to wait at the reception for 10 minutes while your staff member, Lily, said she had an "important and regular client" coming after me—so I should settle for half the treatment but still pay the full amount, which I had already paid a week in advance. This is completely unfair.

Shame on you for trying to save your business image by making false claims. Your staff was rude, dismissive, and wasted my time. It was clear she was prioritizing someone else and didn’t want to attend to me properly.

I won’t tolerate false allegations. Learn to treat all your customers with respect—your lies won’t cover up how poorly you handled the situation.

I visited here today and Lily completed my facial for me. She was fabulous, so welcoming and great at explaining everything that she was going to use and asking me if I had any special requirements. The treatment was incredibly relaxing and felt amazing at the time and my skin was glowing afterwards and was so soft and hydrated. The premises is very attractive and I will definitely return - can’t praise it enough.

No visibale change at the end of a £600 treatment plan. Hooked up to a machine that made a terrible noise and left for 30 mins. No before and after photos received. Not enthralled with the owner all smiles when taking the money, soon became very business mind when an appointment change was requested. I am sure there are better places around southend

I would actually rate it ten out of ten, first time going for a facial. Was a lovely relaxing atmosphere, the shop was beautiful and had a lovely peaceful feeling to it! Amazing treatment by Shayna. My Hydrofacial was extremely relaxing and I could really feel it rejuvenating my skin. A lovely facial with so many benefits. Shayna was a fantastic therapist, very attentive and explained everything fully, especially helpful to me as this was my first visit. All the staff I met were very professional and lovely.
