Sally's Gong bath sessions are a great switch off from the loud world & allows you to turn inside without any effort as Sally does it for you. You can just Be. One hour of bathing in the best of magical sounds! Her good natured personality and friendliness add even more to it, going to her sessions are like going to a friend, she puts you at ease immediately when you arrive, makes you feel welcome and valued. Thanks Sally!! 🙂

I highly recommend Sally and her Gong baths. They are a truly unique sound bath journey every time I attend. From Sally’s kind welcome, her mindfulness and beautiful musical instruments. The various Gongs she plays are an exceptional sound for deep relaxation. Im totally addicted!

I have been going to Sally’s gong baths since 2017. I find them absolutely essential for my mental health state. I can’t even explain how but I feel relaxed, refreshed, I let go of the ‘noise’ and mental load for an hour and feel ready to tackle the stresses and strains with positivity for another month. Thank you Sally for everything you do for others, you are truly a treasure!

I would not recommend this counsellor /life coach. I had only three counselling appointments, when I unexpectedly received an email ending counselling abruptly by her.
At no point was the decision to end counselling ever discussed by her, or agreed upon together.
I was not offered the opportunity to have one final counselling session to allow closure, or given a referral to another counsellor. September 2023.
