I had, had pain in my knee for quite a few months and had been back and forth to the Doctors and wasn’t getting anywhere. I went to see Mario and within minutes was surprised to hear the issue stemmed from my foot and ankle and a previous injury I had sustained. A few sessions later and lots of strengthening exercises at home and my knee is pain free. If you’ve had a niggle for a while I would highly recommend going and seeing Mario because he will be able to get to the root of the problem and fix it for the long term.

Mario came highly recommended by several people and they did not exaggerate. I was suffering with hip and sciatic pain when sitting at a desk for any length of time which was impacting my work. Mario’s holistic treatment really got to the root cause and after just 3 or 4 treatments I was virtually pain free. Mario helped me with my numb hands, i had terrible tingling sensations in various situations.
I was not sleeping properly, struggled to ride a bike and driving a car was a challenge.
This was an unusual situation even for Mario.
He tried various physio techniques including homework for me.
After a few visits Mario decided that Acupuncture was the answer and after just a few visits with needles in very strategic places, the problem was solved.
Mario talked me through everything he did and made me feel very confident and at ease about having needles stuck in various places (this was a new thing for me).
Mario was always cheerful and professional and I looked forward to seeing him for help and friendship.
I have no hesitation in recommending Mario’s services to anyone be it sports or non sports issues.
