This store is always empty, I went in to see if they stocked a product, was met by a very rude female shop assistant who proceeded to question my knowledge. I started to read out the research I was referring to and she walked away while I was talking to her. I questioned her behaviour and she responded that she was moving to the till in case someone wanted serving. There was no other customer but me. She then turned her back on me.. There’s no wonder there’s never anyone in. Such as shame.

I usually leave around 100 pounds a visit. Last time I went in there was another customer in the shop who had to see something right behind me. So she pushed in coming very close to me breaking all personal space rules let alone covid rules. The shop assistant just stood there watching. I just went to the till and paid. I was quite annoyed. Nobody said anything to me. No explanation no apology. The other customer left without buying anything. I got back and wrote a complaint. They answered that my complaint was forwarded to the regional manager. Again no explanation no apology. That was two months ago, in October. I am not shopping there again and will avoid the chain altogether. Obviously they don't care for their customers and they don't observe safety rules.

The two stars go towards the excellent selection in store. However the lack of stars must go to the staff. With various purchases in my basket, I handed over a SCOTTISH Sterling £20 note...OMG...disaster ensued! I was immediately made to feel unwelcome, an imposter, not worthy, and definitely not allowed to tender such inferior notes. No, THESE notes will not be accepted in OUR store! A haughty manager came out and re-affirmed this to me. Well in that case, you will will lose out in my sale! I calmly left my basket and walked out the store. I could understand this treatment in a small coffee shop or the like, however this store has a good turnover and there would have been nothing to stop them accepting the note and placing it at the bottom of their pile. This incident happened to me a few months ago. I had been staying nearby with my husband working in the area. It has been a significant reason NOT to permanently relocate south. I still think about it and how I was ostracized. This treatment would not happen in Scotland...the other way around... and in my view is unacceptable. Shame on you.

Came in asking if they knew if they provided a supplement - the man’s reaction was extremely rude as if I dared ask for advice, even pausing for a few seconds before replying. He then followed me round the shop - I assume checking I wasn’t stealing? I bought the products I wanted but I can see why they weren’t busy if they are this rude and intimidating.

Rude, snooty man who has got absolutely nothing to be snooty about. It shows him up, he needs it spelling out to him (or spelt out to the company at least) that he is losing willing, paying customers with his attitude. I had moved place of work, and this store would have been my new local health food and supplements shop (after visiting my last local place at least once a fortnight and spending about £300 a month) but I have taken my business elsewhere after this disgusting treatment

The choice of products is amazing BUT the staff is SHOCKING. Here is your choice as far as staff is concerned : one who cuts her nails behind the counter with all the clippings going on the floor, to the rudest "I have no clue about health products and if you shop at Revital you are a mug" man. Hygiene is poor and the "advisors" have NO clue about what they sell, the guy even said I don't buy that kind of stuff!!!! He clearly has no passion for Revital. My 2 year old knows better!. I know 2 customers have reported this to headoffice buf they didn't do anything about it. There is so much you can blame on COVID. I am done with Revital until they sort this out. Meanwhile I will spend my dosh at Planet organic, iherbs, the natural dispensary.... Cheers from the ex mug.

Brought back a bag of millet flakes that smelled and tasted off even after cooking and a manager lady said that since it's in use by date I can't return it and the smell is just a very strong organic smell. What is a very strong organic smell? They've also confirmed that they've never eaten or had anything to do with millet flakes before. My family has been eating flakes for years and I know it should never have the off smell like that. Left it there as didn't even want to take it out of the shop again.
Also a few months back I have ordered a couple of packs of Vivomixx 450 probiotic boxes and when came to pick it up it was kept out of the fridge for a weekend as they didn't know it should be refrigerated, being out of the fridge is dead within a week! And you'd be paying about £15 pounds for not working probiotic. Useless!
Won't ever buy anyting else there.
