Im going through an absolutely awful time and was recommended Listening Ear to help with councelling. Rang 5 times over the space of 7 days and left voice messages to call me back to basically be ignored. What kind of company is this?

If i could give 0 i would. Callin us telling us how my sister died going in to details. We are meant to tell you our problems not you callin us up telling us bout her death and you call your self a support group. You should be shut down

hasn't help with my mental health issues in the slightest. Poor service and the sessions I had felt a lot like aimless chatter over useful information on how to manage my depression.
