I went to see Cathal at Elmhurst Therapy for help with anxiety, and from the very first session I knew I was in safe hands. I’d never tried hypnotherapy before, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but Cathal immediately put me at ease. He has such a gentle, calming presence (and voice), and he takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which really helped me feel more relaxed and open to the process.
