Steve was recommended to me and I booked some sessions for my friend who was having some personal difficulties and does not have internet access. The process was really easy, Steve replied swiftly and had my friend seen within 48hrs on a Saturday AM which was brilliant service. I found Liberty counselling by searching online for help with some anxiety I was struggling with and was pleased that the counsellor offered virtual online sessions, as I was worried about having face to face sessions with restrictions in place because of the pandemic. My counsellor Steve immediately made me feel at ease soon into the first session, he came across as completely trustworthy, non-judgemental and very easy to talk to. I’ve now had 3 sessions and would highly recommend him due to being an excellent listener, empathetic and also excellent value for money. As someone who was previously sceptical about counselling, I am so glad I gave it a try and found a great counsellor.

I booked online and found the booking process to be easy and straightforward.
I get very anxious talking about my issues but on arrival I was put at ease as it was such a relaxed environment to be in. My counsellor was wonderful, completely non judgemental.
