I approached Jenny following a recommendation, whilst I found the process quite overwhelming Jenny was infinitely patient, clear and gentle with me. Her explanations, support and recommendations were useful and concise, she stepped me through every part of the process and I would recommend her to anyone else looking for support and diagnostics.

I made contact with Jenny after looking online for an adult ADHD assessment. She is very quick and thorough with her replies and gave advice regardless of if we worked together. She made the process very clear and was very easy to talk to. The after-service was also top-notch and extremely helpful, Jenny really makes you feel like she cares about how you progress after your work is completed. Would definitely recommend.

I had a really positive experience when going for an adhd assessment. Jenny was very through when discussing symptoms with myself and my parents. Jenny had a very compassionate approach and made me feel very comfortable throughout. Jenny also ensured my report and recommendations were tailored to me and ensured the report etc reflected what was important to me.

Before even meeting Jenny she had answered all my concerns via email, i was sent plenty of information and advice before the assessment, and felt well prepared of what to expect from the zoom calls.
My nominated person was first to meet Jenny via zoom and she said how lovely and at ease she had found Jenny.
As soon as i started my zoom call i found Jenny extremely easy to talk to, i was able to use things to distract me from sitting still and looking at the screen for the whole assessment and i had worried about Jenny understanding me as i tend to dump info on people but Jenny managed to keep up and asked specific questions relating to what i was saying, she made sure to pause in places to make sure she had understood how i had meant something.
Jenny was extremely thorough asking from childhood up to adulthood.
If i stumbled over a question i found Jenny to be patient whilst i found the right words, i felt i could be free to use the type of language that made it easier to express myself and Jenny didnt have a problem with that.
When writing the final reports Jenny made drafts for me to go over in my own time to make sure she had written it 100% correctly.
I would recommend contacting Jenny with any questions or worries about the assessment.
Personally i feel the price was worth the 3+ years i wouldve been stuck on a waiting list whilst suffering with my symptoms.

Jenny has been really helpful in my adult sons A D H D diagnosis. It took some time to find someone who would help him and we were let down a few times but as soon as we contacted Jenny she got back to us straight away and explained the whole process to us and let us think if we were happy to continue with her.
