Debbie Davies has helped me so much with behaviours caused by Anxiety, nail biting, jaw clenching and hair twirling. It was my first time to try NLP and Debbie made me feel so comfortable and safe. My session with Debbie was very effective. Debbie is so easy to talk to. She listened intently to me and what I had to say and helped me to let go of past emotions I still had about some past events.
