Hayley is fun, attentive and passionate about what she does. Her home gym is inviting, clean and private where you can enjoy 1:1 help and support! I 100% recommend Hayley’s sessions!

Went to Hayley as I had a full tear of my ACL, consultant suggested physical rehab, with the help of Hayley I was playing sport again within 3 months. Would highly recommend Hayley for whatever sporting injury if you want to feel confident of playing again.

I began personal training with Hayley in February 2024 to help build my core strength to make me a stronger runner. Looking back, I wish I had signed up sooner.

I started running in December 2022 and whilst I progressed quickly in terms of both speed and distance, I kept getting injured. I saw a physio who pointed out that my core was weak.

This is when I contacted Hayley, I explained I was training for a marathon and that not getting injured was important to me.

Hayley has taught me a range of exercises that focused on strengthening my core, in particular my glutes. Each week, she introduces new exercises and techniques, keeping the workouts varied and engaging. She also assigns homework and regularly checks in mid-week to monitor my progress. Additionally, Hayley has shown me how to stretch properly, something I never did previously. Every session has pushed my ability but never risked injury, gradually building my strength at a steady pace.

In March 2024, after only two months with Hayley I managed to run three 20-mile races without injury which was incredibly rewarding considering a few months before, I’d be limping after a half marathon and needed recovery time. Then in April I ran my first marathon in under 4 hours, again without a single injury.

My progress is ongoing, I feel stronger every week which is very gratifying. Thanks to Hayley’s guidance, I have become more conscious of which muscles are working and when.

I’ve found Hayley to be highly knowledgeable in fitness training; rather than getting me just to lift the heaviest weight going, she has tested me and gradually increased weight when appropriate, I can tell she’s knows what to look for. Technique is important! She’s helped keep me motivated and is always at the end of the phone if I have a query or a new PB to share! I always look forward to our Monday session!

My 3rd marathon is in October in Budapest and I’m really looking forward to seeing what time I can achieve this time.

I have trained with Hayley for about a year and have enjoyed my sessions with her so much. From the first time I met Hayley I felt at ease with her, she’s so approachable and explains everything really clearly. She has encouraged me in my goals and pushed me just enough, going at a pace I could cope with! She makes sessions fun, she’s responsive and really knows her stuff. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. Not only a really great PT but a lovely, lovely person too!
