Fiona really helped me through a sticky spot and helped me with some tools for managing the difficult moments. She is compassionate and caring, and I can tell you that the sand tray therapy is not just for kids (as I originally thought it was). I found it highly effective for reaching thoughts that were otherwise out of grasp. Thank you for our time together, you helped so much!
