Seen claire for 6 sessions. She was lovely and friendly. Put me at ease. Would like to see her again..would be better if seen same person as otherwise first sessions are wasted going over same things where as if seen claire she knows so sessioms wouldnt be wasted. Counselors are outright liars. They will say its not location based at first, until you get halfway through treatment, then it suddenly becomes a huge probelm. They are not linked to the NHS, if they detect Suicidal Thoughts, they will cancel your counselling. Seriously go anywhere else. They outright just do not care about their cilents, and if you do have a probelm, the complaints policy is so ludicrously complicated, it's almost like it's designed to avoid criticism

Terrible advice please do not use, this form of counselling may work for others but the advice that was given was absolutely shocking and I believe they should not work in this field!
