Helen has been an absolute godsend. She is a skilled practitioner who is able to elicit insight into current and past issues and has the ability to tailor her methods to suit the person and what they need at that particular time. I have always found her caring, approachable and totally professional. She has also been incredibly flexible, for example when I was unable to make it to the office she was able to continue sessions via Skype.
