Booked a session after experiencing aches & pains across the top of my back, shoulders & neck due to bad sitting posture at work & lifting my 1 year old son. I have recently had my first massage with Derek and wanted to share my experience as I did read the reviews by others before I contacted him.I chose the full body massage as I just felt generally achey and had slight lower back pain. I must say that the whole experience was absolutely spot on from the chat at the beginning for Derek to know a bit about why I had booked and how best to alleviate the back pressure and relax my shoulder muscles.
