I have completed two courses with Aurelie, one on anxiety and the other was autism. Both courses were invaluable to me. The anxiety one I did to help my daughter but found it even more beneficial for myself. I love the fact that you have continued access to the modules and go back over them when in need of reminders.
The autism course was extremely helpful because it enabled me to understand my daughter better and the need to change my responses in helping her manage her daily challenges. Aurelie was extremely knowledgeable in this field as she has personal experience with autism and is very understanding.
I would highly recommend the courses to anyone.
I have also reached out to Aurelie for advice on nutrition and vitamin supplements, another field in which she offers excellent advice. My husband has fibromyalgia and is on a lot of medication and was recently advised to follow a keto diet. The internet can help but is overwhelming with often contradictory information. Aurelie was fantastic in answering questions I had about diet and vitamins. She has done so much research and has a good understanding plus experience of what will help and what to avoid. This has helped immensely.

My teenager had therapy with Aureli. We had tried other therapies either private or in school and none of them work tbh. My daughter has asd and ocd. When she had therapy with Aureli she was looking forward to it and didn't want to miss it. We saw how she improved in her personal self-care and hygiene. Also she learn how to self regulate. I will recommend Zhealthy for her friendly and professional approach.

We as new parents to small children's with additional needs cannot thank you enough for this absolutely 100% life saver and an eye-opener course. Your an amazing person, you have coach us through this course and help us to see and understand even more so now then ever!

We face alot of challenging situations with our additional need children's, it's has been an overwhelming and stressful experiences. at times, I cried so much and just felt I lost hope. I was taken advantage by other to get money out of me (when I was in the most vulnerable state, which left me defistated) I was on the edge of an breakdown, until I come to this course, it has change my life around! And my husband too. We both benefit so greatly and appreciate the caring help at any time given. We learn so much and we do our best to adapt, handle and provide the best way possible to help our children's to learn and grow well. Thank you again and again ?
