When I met Ela I was unsure about acupuncture and other treatments but thought I would try. I was glad I did.
Ela was friendly, professional and created a relaxing environment. She was brilliant and quickly reduced my pain. After almost 3 years of constant pain I can now use my knee with no problems. That was an amazing surprise for me. She has given me methods to keep things better at home. I have recommended her to friends and family and some have already been and got great results.

I came to see Ela with tight ITB and hip flexor muscles (from running too fast and too hard). Ela's electro-acupuncture loosened up both issues and her advice of stretching and strengthening has keep me injury free since. I can recommend her to resolve any and all muscle, tenson and ligament injuries, amongst other issues you may have.

Highly recommend Elzbieta's professional knowledge and experience in acupuncture! First session I had back in March 2024 when I had burning pain and numbness in my hands which was waking me up in the middle of the night. After first session with Ela the symptoms disappeared and I could feel immediate relief in my hands.
I have injured my knee back in July 2024 when I badly stepped my foot on the ground and since then i was walking like an "old man" for the last few months. Luckily I had an opportunity to have another acupuncture session with Ela focused on my knee and I have to say it is like a miracle! I can walk normally now and the pain in my knee is gone for good, so anyone who suffers pain should trust Ela's professional knowledge and give it a go! Thank you Ela, you're the best!

I decided to try acupuncture for the first time because the pain had become unbearable. What happened during the session exceeded my expectations. Ela skillfully placed the needles and identified the pain points so well that after an hour, I got up from the bed and felt the pain just melt away. Wow, all the tension was gone! I took my daughter to see Ela as a last resort before putting her on the pill for her painful periods. Gynaecologist advised to start contraception to stop her periods completely which didn’t seem right to me.
Just after 3 acupuncture sessions my daughter’s pain is gone. I highly recommend Ela to anyone.

Sprained muscles in my feet made me almost unable to walk & drive. Ela fixed the problem with 3 needles! Pain has gone in 80%. I really recommend Ela if you struggling with any type of pain or discomfort and traditional medicine cannot help.
