Looking forward to a relaxing end of the day waiting for my massage and ended up fighting with a chat bot, lol
Awful customer service!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PEOPLE!

I initially booked for the 4th/10 and the appointment was changed without notice on the same day for the Friday after, the 11th/10, to the surprise that the appointment was AGAIN changed on the day without notice, no phone call, no apologies, only a bot chat excusing the change. I spoke to them and we agreed that I no longer want their services due the bad management of my appointments and therefore will get a refund.

We are now 2 for 2 on appointments having to be rescheduled because these guys CANNOT handle any kind of booking admin. First time I turned up and the therapist was 45 mins away at the wrong location, he tried to convince me I had booked the wrong place until I provided the written confirmation. Second appointment I got half way there before getting a text from the therapist asking me where I was... Turns out he was expecting me 30 mins earlier than originally booked because his diary was wrong. Again.
I was promised a message to reschedule yesterday. Still nothing. They aren't even mature enough to pick up the phone and deal with thier mistakes! So unbelievably unprofessional it would be funny if it wasn't so annoying.

Do not book for this place! Nobody bothered to turn up to the appointment and couldn’t get in touch with anyone either despite trying multiple numbers. Also in a random office building so a very odd location for a massage.

Mike gave a great massage, very friendly and professional. He asked where I was feeling tight and focused on those areas but found many more and I left feeling very relaxed. Will be going again.
