I had no idea whether this would work or not but was willing to give anything a go if it would help me achieve my goal (which in my case was doing well in a job interview). Now I am a total convert! Not only did it boost my confidence for the interview meaning I got the job, but it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience that relaxed me and I will 100% do it again whenever I need a confidence boost. Julia is friendly and professional and genuinely makes you feel as though she cares about your unique situation. Highly recommended

It's a pleasure to recommend Julia at Your Horse is Your Mirror. Julia has many strings to her bow and can turn her hand to helping people in a variety of innovative ways. She has run and sold successful businesses in the past and now has her own thriving equestrian retreat/clinic enterprise. (But book quickly, she is often sold out!)

Julia is a natural people person and loves to help others progress on their journey. She has equipped herself with high performance business and mindset skills that enable her to stand out from the crowd. For Julia, as a Master Practitioner of NLP, her advice is not to think outside of the box, but to consider, "What box?!"

I have enjoyed working with Julia on equestrian events and being able to see first hand how she inspires others. I trained Julia as a Master of NLP and have observed how flexible she is in her thinking and ability to deliver high quality specialised coaching to her clients.

Before working with Julia, I suffered with a crippling needle phobia. It was so bad that before my first Covid jab, I had multiple panic attacks even before I arrived at the vaccination centre, which then continued with increasing intensity as I got closer, I was so scared I couldn't even walk as my legs were trembling so badly (I had to be put in a wheelchair just to get inside!!). The whole experience was deeply traumatic, an unbearable level of panic and total loss of control over my mind and body.

In one afternoon of working with Julia, we made several huge breakthroughs with my phobia, and the results were overwhelming. I went for my second covid jab armed with confidence, empowerment, and the tools that I needed to deal with any worries that arose. I drove to the centre calmly, no sense of panic whatsoever, walked into the centre just the same. Sitting down for my jab I felt totally relaxed, able to sit still, maintain a normal conversation, no signs of panic still, and even when they injected my arm, I was totally fine!! I'm still in total disbelief of this transformation!

Julia was wonderful to work with, warm and welcoming, she guided me through the entire afternoon with a high level of expertise and professionalism, whilst continually still feeling like I was with a good friend, which allowed me to be vulnerable and completely surrender to the experience. I felt totally supported both during and after my session, I really can't recommend her enough!!

If you're ready to release a fear that is holding you back in life, Julia is the woman you need!
