I originally went to York Traditional Acupuncture about two years ago for neck and shoulder pain. Tiziana gave me an intensive 6 x 1 week sessions and it's given me practically zero pain ever since. Meanwhile, I've continued with once every six week simply for general maintenance sessions (I'm 75) and of particular note this year Tiziana offered me nutritional advice concerning long term digestive issues which I followed carefully and appears to have been 100% effective. Tiziana is an excellent practitioner; she is professional and helps to put you at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice.

Due to having lots of neck pain and decided to give acupuncture a try. Tiziana is great she has helped to relieve my neck pain and I left every session feeling so relaxed, and in an almost meditative type state. She is also so lovely and easy to talk to which makes you feel so comfortable in her presence.
Highly recommend for anyone interested in giving acupuncture a go!

I stopped breastfeeding my first child in February because I was trying to conceive again. My cycles weren’t regular until April but I wasn’t getting pregnant. Although I wasn’t desperate (yet) I didn’t want to wait too much longer to conceive so I booked my first appointment in October and got pregnant in that cycle. I have two other friends who had been trying to conceive and got pregnant after only one visit to Tiziana. I have continued to go during pregnancy because I find it so relaxing and it has helped me with morning sickness. And I’ve saved two sessions for later on in my pregnancy as Tiziana can also prepare you for birth.
I honestly went in with a bit of scepticism having never tried acupuncture before but I really believe there is something to this and would go back with other health issues in the future due to Tiziana’s holistic approach and professionalism.

I started appointments with Tiziana in September 2018 firstly to complement the IVF treatment I was undergoing but since that time I have sought her treatment for an array of ailments including stress (caused by work), headaches and backache. Tiziana has helped me to get pregnant twice (we are just about to welcome our second daughter) and really helped/supported me during an extremely stressful time at work. Always the professional, Tiziana is clearly exceptional at her job and is so knowledgeable about complimentary treatments too. Over the past two years she has become more of a friend than a therapist and I can safely say I wouldn’t have got through the past two years without her. I cannot recommend her highly enough and I am so grateful that I found her.

This was my first time trying acupuncture and I have to say that I found it hugely beneficial for particular problems I was having and it also left me feeling very relaxed, which was an additional bonus. I was so pleasantly surprised with the changes following each acupuncture session. Tiziana has an amazing energy and is very knowledgeable. She also recommended books and took a holistic approach to my particular problems (which I found conventional GP approaches did not). Tiziana really listens to what you are trying to achieve and tailors the treatment to suit. She is clearly very skilled at what she does.

I first started my acupuncture treatment with Tiziana in summer 2020 after having some health difficulties. I started with the intention of improving an eye condition I was diagnosed with and my treatment not only helped me to get this under control but also improved my overall health, physically and mentally. I had suffered for some time with carpel tunnel syndrome and was keen to avoid drugs or surgery. I contacted Tiziana and after an initial consultation and first treatment I could feel the difference. Six sessions later and I have full mobility in my hand, no tingling in the fingers and can sleep through the night without discomfort.
