I have seen Tom Smith on several occasions over the last few months due to running related problems in my back and calf. Tom has had me back running pain free. He is very understanding, and clearly explains what he his doing during the treatment. I can't recommend him enough.

Nicki Thomas gives an incredibly holistic treatment. She’s easy to talk to and makes you relax instantly. Her massage is spot on and she delivers her acupuncture with precision and sensitivity. All round fabulous.

I have had a few different treatments with York Natural Health over a few years. Eg. Bowen, Oesteopathy, Massages and Reflexology. I found all to have been of great benefit to help relax unwind and feel remodelled from tense muscles. They have helped my health and wellbeing. . All staff in the company are polite helpful and friendly. The therapists explain exactly what will happen during treatments. One feels safe looked after whatever session is carried out. I would recommend York Natural Health it is a treat to go there.

I have seen Tom Fackrell twice so far and I have to say that he is very good at what he does. He's knowledgeable, professional and his approach holistic. He explains things which I appreciate. On the second visit I had an emotional reaction to the release of some long-held tension in my mid back while he was performing a gentle spinal twist that released it. This got me into tears! I feel great after his treatments and I've booked a third one because I see that we are making progress and I'm learning useful and relevant stuff too. I highly recommend Tom!
