I have had a number of shiatsu sessions with Heidi and each time I truly felt the benefits both physically and spiritually . Heidi’s positive attitude is always an inspiration and her calm relaxed manner always rubs off on me. The sessions treat the whole body and not just a specific area which leaves you feeling completely invigorated and energised. I would highly recommend a shiatsu session with Heidi and I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

Heidi is a profoundly intuitive practitioner who shows great care & consideration when treating her clients.
Heidi treats truly Holistically, not just the specific complaint. Her sessions are always varied, with great knowledge of the body, mind & spirit of healing with both her Shiatsu treatments & yoga sessions, this is very rare.

Heidi's online yoga classes are both physically and mentally enriching within a supportive group of attendees. The classes cater for mixed ability, so you can feel confident you are in safe hands no matter the class. I started attending the classes a few months ago now and feel more in tune with my well-being and have had many physical and mental benefits that I didn't initially anticipate. In short, I would highly recommend engaging with Heidi, who is a compassionate and experienced yogi as well as a wonderful human being!

Having never committed to a regular yoga practice Heidi now has me hooked! Heidi's pleasant and encouraging temperament together with rich and varied poses make her classes so enjoyable. Not only do I feel the physical and mindfulness benefits after each class, but her style and approach have enabled me to build on each session becoming increasingly bendy at a time in my life when the opposite could be happening.
Moreover, my daughter treated me to a series of Heidi's shiatsu which I would highly recommend to anyone considering an alternative to traditional western healthcare options.

I'm loving Heidi's Zoom classes, they are a great combination of asanas, breathing techniques and relaxation with the added bonus of some shiatsu advice as well. I especially like that Heidi gives time for each participant to complete the moves in their own time and with their own breath. She's very aware of each person's capabilities and has also helped me on an individual basis to tailor my practice to help my lower back pain. All in all, Heidi has made my lockdown year a lot more enjoyable, relaxed, stronger and more interesting than it would have been. Looking forward to classes in the 'real' world some time soon, but Zoom works very well for this style of class too.

I chose Heidi for my yoga sessions because she has a very kind and calm teaching manner. It is clear that yoga is such an integral part of her life and that shines through in her classes. She will often share the ideology behind the practice during the sessions, so the participants understand the reasoning for the different moves and the holistic benefits to health. Heidi has many different classes to suit different needs and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Heidi Dore’s classes, both in person and live online are an important part of life. Her approach is both gentle and challenging and she is always attentive to the needs and abilities of all members of the group in choosing, talking about and demonstrating what we do. Heidi usually introduces something fresh and new, which keeps each session lively and interesting - sometimes it will be discussion about a particular type of exercise, other times it will be discussion on a topic related to yoga but it is always interesting and gives the sessions a more balanced feel. There is a real sense of calm and relaxation about the way Heidi runs her classes and I enjoy them immensely.

I have been to Heidi various times throughout the past few years for shiatsu and regularly attend her yoga classes. Her classes are so invigorating and I love how she combines the theoretical aspect of yoga alongside the physical practice - always giving us a little insight into the philosophy behind the poses in a very mindful way.

I first attended for shiatsu to infuse energy into my life as I was going through a very emotional and stressful time with family and work and always felt depleted of energy. Shiatsu sessions brought this energy and vitality back to my mind and body and I always felt so alive after our sessions. I enjoyed them so much I recommended shiatsu with Heidi to my Mum who suffers from scoliosis and osteoarthritis in her back and knees. Heidi could immediately see how much pain my Mum was in and managed to give her some gentle relief with the shiatsu massage. After her sessions, my mum's mood and outlook improved tremendously and her pain was less intense. The scoliosis cannot be cured but shiatsu certainly helps manage the pain and provide comfort. We cannot thank Heidi enough for her caring, and gentle manner. Always willing to listen and talk through anxieties with her clients with a view to relieving and bringing some light into sometimes dark days. Thanks Heidi!
