Ben absolutely deserves a 5-star review. I had a half day training session with him in person to learn about setting up a WordPress site and refresh my knowledge of publishing content and posts. Ben is likeable and attentive – he has strong communication skills and is able to listen and respond to questions, so a one-to-one training was easy. He is very knowledgeable and is a problem solver. He made excellent suggestions about how to setup my site, found solutions for very specific things that I was trying to achieve. He masters bridging the gap between IT / WordPress expert and explaining to me, a WP semi-novice. Thanks to Ben, I feel confident and have the tools to develop and launch my site and if needs be, have a further session to iron out any technical issues that I come across.

As a graphic designer, I’d taught myself the basics of WordPress and had a functioning site. But there were some technical aspects that I was unsure of and as a result I’d delayed installing updates - for 4 years! It’s a wonder my website hadn’t fallen over!

I’d worked with Ben before and knew how great he is to work with. I requested a bespoke mix of training and support. Ben patiently took me through the process of creating backups, updating the theme and plugins and provided suggestions of plugins I should install. He really thought of everything.
