Kirsty has been a godsend! My 14 year old daughter was struggling emotionally, at school, at home and with friendship groups. Going through a divorce I wanted a safe place for her to be able to talk about her feelings. And being nlp trained myself I knew I wanted someone with those skills, so when I came across Kirsty I was delighted. . I cannot tell you the difference the sessions have made to my daughters every day, academic and emotional state and in turn mine. She herself has said how much her sessions with Kirsty have helped her and she knows that whenever she needs as safe space she can visit Kirsty. Kirsty is the best investment in your children that you could ever make. I highly recommend her from a personal and professional perspective

Kirsty has been great with my children, both with very different needs and communication styles. Kirsty has built a strong and trusted relationship with them and they have been able to talk through and address some really deep routed challenges and together take small steps each time to eventually overcome them. Kirsty offers and develops practical coping mechanisms with them and gives them opportunities to talk through how they feel about trying them. The children enjoy going to see Kirsty and I can definitely see the benefits of them knowing the best way to deal with concerns is to talk them through with someone. Thank you Kirsty.

Kirsty is a fabulous counsellor for my 12 year old daughter. She has developed a great relationship with her and has helped her to work through some very difficult issues and is now focusing on issues such as self esteem, emotional understanding and balance, personal safety and friendships. I cannot thank Kirsty enough. My daughter was struggling with my divorce from her mum. Her confidence was low, and her school attendance was abysmal. I had tried everything on my own and realised I needed help. I spoke to Kirsty, and we went along for a taster session. My daughter was reluctant to attend, but Kirsty soon put her at ease. The transformation was exceptional, and I noticed it almost straight away. My daughter would leave each session buzzing, and her confidence grew. She now attends school every day and is far more comfortable with who she is.

Easily the best decision I've made for my daughter's welfare.

Kirsty has quite simply changed our lives. Had been struggling with sleep with our 8y/o for couple of years, having tried everything under the sun to improve things.
