After trying to get appointment for my 16 year old daughter at all the umbrella clinics this clinic decided to see her and remove the implant. Was see by “Amy” the doctor and her assistant sorry didn’t get his name. They were both so professional and friendly and we both felt reassured throughout the whole process. Please pass this on we visited on Thursday 28th August at 2pm. Thank you both for doing what you do, xx

Was told on phone to go there as walkthrough the next day but was then told by receptionist that I could only be seen at 5.30pm. Had to dispute a bit and then was told to wait for a nurse. Had blood test and urine taken but will have to wait 4-14 days for results.
