White House clinic offered me physio post knee op and I was happy to go along. On my first visit I had reached the required bend and straightening for that time. Katie gave me exercises and a further appointment. At that time I hadn't moved on but Katie manipulated my knee and I left with noticeably more mobility. At my last appointment I was given final exercises and checked again, full mobility and flex, all thanks to Katie and my work at home.
I would recommend Katie and the White House Clinic to anyone. I hope to use them again for my other knee very soon.

I had a knee replacement at the end of January 2025. Several of my appointments were carried out at the One Health Unit in Chesterfield. I found that all the Reception staff were very professional, friendly and caring. Emma was my Physiotherapist, she was a lovely young woman, always very professional, making me feel relaxed, even whilst putting me through my exercise regime. She always had a lovely smile and very good at explaining the exercises with helpful hints too. I would recommend the One Health Unit. I even managed to achieve my goal of not using the crutches within six weeks of my operation date. Thanks to all the team.

Katie at the clinic was very friendly and approachable.i was able to discuss my back pain and she came up with an excercise programme tailored to me. She also was very good at relieving the tightness and pain by quite an intense massage and made a great improvement to my mobility. I can fully recommend her
and i am very pleased with her treatment.
Thankyou Katie .

Conor and Tom were both brilliant. Clear, informed and sensitive care and guidance. I am on an even better road to recovery following their excellent treatment programme. Thank you!

Kate was excellent. Rather than treating me with kid gloves she told me what I needed to do to progress and get back doing what I love. I imagine she alters tone and delivery really well for others who need more of a supportive relationship

The location of the clinic works well for me with plenty of free parking available and the clinic is very clean. The therapist who I saw was also a runner which really helped as she understood exactly what I was talking about and what I needed. The exercises pushed me but could be tailored depending on the circumstances.

Delighted with the treatment I received from Emma, I was struggling with a running injury and Emma gave me some strength and conditioning exercises to do and since then I have managed to get back to my previous mileage (albeit at a slower pace but I think that is more down to age than ailments 😀)
