I've enjoyed the virtual office services for over 7 years and previously used the offices, which were always well kept and well maintained. The staff are very helpful and polite and you can have a good chat with. It gives you a good sense of being part of a bigger team when you're in the building. Nice modern office, visited for a seminar recently and plenty of parking across from the building, note you access the car park from the main road. Parking is free for a couple of hours and can pay via the usual parking apps - thanks again

Having attended West Midlands House Many times, I recommend this venue, especially the XChange, their new Co-Working Suite. The rates are great value and the space is beautiful. With coffee on tap, free parking and no booking required.

Been to the Xchange, which is the modern decorated co-working space. Free parking available across from West Midlands House is such an amazing perk, so you don't have the anxiety of where to park the car! Manned receptionist, who is very helpful, along with the coffee machine in a beautiful, clean space means I'd give more than 5 star if I could!

Been with them for nearly 2 years with my Solicitors firm Midland Law. Good management and reception support, nice and warm in the winter (though sometimes too warm in the summer). Very reasonable rates, plenty of free parking and a good cafe annexed. Cafe closes at 1pm annoyingly. They also have a printing and scanning facility downstairs if your printer isn't working. They also receive clients and direct them to the waiting area. For a small fee they process post for you too. It's a very comfortable and cost effective place to start your business. Probably the best thing about this office that differentiates it from competition is the fact that they're open 24/7 which is useful if you're a night owl.
