Sandie & Mark are fantastic. Their therapeutic skills are excellent. Sandie’s massage, cupping, reflexology and Emmett therapies are incredibly relaxing. Sandie has created bespoke aromatherapy creams for my super sensitive skin which smell divine and are so nourishing. Their Dandelion Aromatics products are lush and make the perfect presents. Highly recommend every time I visit.

I have been seeing Sandie for about 10 years now. I mainly go to Welcome Health for a full body aromatherapy massage and reiki. I don’t think I’ve ever felt as relaxed and pampered as I do in Sandie’s presence, it really is like being looked after by an old friend. From time to time I see Sandie for therapeutic purposes and she is fantastic at sorting out painful knots in my back and occasional niggly back pain. She uses a range of techniques such as cupping, spinal alignment, Emmett technique and more. I would also recommend Welcome Health’s range of homemade, organic and natural products such as Muscle Magic and wax melts to name but a few. Mark and Sandie are both extremely well trained and professional and I look forward to seeing what they bring to their growing range of services in the future.

I found Sandie about a year ago now, I’ve never been to anyone else since! No problem is too big or too small, she delivers the best personalised service for all my aches and pains, using the perfect oils to match my mood and/or pains and performing the most beneficial massage techniques. Finding a business that offers fantastic is always great - but it’s an added bonus when it turns out to be very local too! I enjoyed a relaxing and stress-reducing reiki session from Sandie, and will be booking in again soon for Hopi ear candles treatment now I’ve seen all the other treatments on offer. I've booked my first appointment with Mark few months ago, after having few sleepless nights due to shoulder pain. Just 24 hours after the procedure I felt significant relief and only few weeks after I was fully recovered. Mark is an excellent professional with great understanding of different physio techniques. During the sessions he guided me through how human body works and explained me why every single procedure is needed. Although I hope all the pain is behind me, I became a regular now and visit him once a month for refreshing and relaxing massage. Very highly recommended!
