I’ve been visiting this dental practise for 25 years now. Always most friendly and accommodating. Esther’s warm welcome and efficiency sets the scene. My teeth are quite sensitive, but Saima makes the hygenist part of my appointment quite painless. She is thorough and caring, noticing when one experiences a slight twinge or difficulty when the excess water went down the wrong way, halting the cleansing to give one time to recompose oneself. I always think how gentle Marcello’s examinations are. He also patiently explained how to clean my wisdom teeth/gums. I leave feeling confident for the next year; reassuring given osteoporosis concerns.

The reception staff - Esther & Louise - could not have been more friendly & helpful in getting me an emergency appointment for the same day. Thank you! The 4 stars is for the cost: having understood the cost for the appointment was £75 (quoted by phone on booking - I was happy to pay this as it was so last minute) I was actually charged over £200 as the appointment was done based on the length of time I spent in the chair. I had not appreciated that & left feeling rather embarrassed.
