I had a course of MBST treatment at VITAL Health for a slipped disc in my lower back which I have been struggling with for 6 years, and it's made a huge difference to my day-to-day life. Before treatment, I was dealing with ongoing pain and a general lack of confidence in my spine, especially when trying to stay active. Since completing my MBST sessions 7 weeks ago, my symptoms are continuing to improve significantly. I'm now largely pain-free and able to move comfortably without worrying about flare-ups. I'm really pleased with the outcome and grateful to have had access to this alternative treatment approach.

I have been with vital health for over a year now. The treatment I have had is amazing, though my lower back pain is almost non existent. This has been a life changer as was expecting my son shortly after starting treatment and now am expecting a daughter. The staff are warm welcoming and will help accommodate your needs as best they can. Can't recommend them enough.

Attended a programme to alleviate severe back pain due to disc degeneration. After about ten weeks I had plateaued and although almost pain-free, still in slight discomfort. Vital Health had just installed the MBST machine so a signed up for a nine session course. That was last December. Three months later I am almost as good as new. The only thing holding me back is the fear of over-doing things. Vital Health were wonderfully supportive and I cannot recommend their services highly enough. Top marks.

I can’t thank Lauren enough for what she has achieved for me. I saw Lauren when I was in extreme neck pain that had radiated to my shoulder and arm. Lauren assured me that she could fix me! A month later and I have stopped taking prescription medication and am back to work/normal life with some adjustments and preventive lessons. Honestly at my worst I couldn’t sleep/live a normal life but so grateful for Lauren’s understanding and support throughout. Highly recommended *****

For years I had suffered with lower back pain, however late last year it got really bad, which was massively effecting my life. I was recommended Vital Health by a friend and from the first appointment to the last I was so impressed. Everyone at vital health is really friendly and accommodating, after receiving the required treatment, following Marcus’s instructions, and doing the required exercises and stretches I can safely say I’m no longer in any pain and living the life I should be. Would highly recommend Marcus and Vital Health to anyone.

Ive been seeing sports therapist Marcus for over a month now and have found him to be professional, knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. I have had long term back pain and Marcus has helped relieve the pain through our weekly sessions.
