Sophia did a wonderful job of making me feel relaxed and explain what was happening and what products she was going to use. I give her five stars! It was super relaxing.

Unfortunately I think if you have acne prone skin that the dermalogica stuff is not suitable. The picture of the cluster of spots on my chin is a huge flare up that I haven’t had for months (before I had none there). The one on my cheek and jaw is on top of my already poor acne.

My skin did look great for the first few hours following the facial but these past few days after my skin has been sore and inflamed and with more acne popping up than being reduced.
