Best pharmacy going! I wasn't feeling too well and approached the staff for advice, they were extremely helpful and kind. The service they provided me with was better than any previous pharmacy I've been too. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would.
I came in asking for an emergency supply of tranexamic acid and naproxen due to heavy bleeding, something that was clearly urgent and medically necessary. Instead of help, I was met with rudeness and completely incorrect advice from the pharmacist.
Even though I’ve had these medications prescribed before, and even brought in the original boxes that were dispensed by this very pharmacy, I was told they couldn’t help me because I “hadn’t been with them for more than three months.” That’s simply not true and has no basis in law.
Under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, pharmacists are allowed to supply prescription medication in an emergency as long as certain conditions are met. I met all of them:
• I had been prescribed the medications before,
• There was an urgent need,
• I couldn’t get a prescription immediately,
• I brought in the original packaging to show what I needed.
The pharmacist didn’t assess my situation properly and instead used a made-up “3-month rule” to turn me away. After that, I called NHS 111, who confirmed the pharmacy was wrong, and that I should have been given the medication. I then called another pharmacy, who were understanding, helpful, and sorted it out straight away. I've since moved over to them and the difference in service has been night and day.
What upsets me most is that this pharmacy didn’t just get it wrong, they acted like they didn’t care. I was clearly distressed and needed help, and instead I was made to feel like a nuisance. If I had followed their advice, I would’ve been left without essential medication.
Honestly, I wouldn’t trust this pharmacy with anything important. If your health is on the line, go somewhere else.

Excellent service from this friendly pharmacy, my partner was originally using Boots and I used to collect her prescriptions and regularly had problems. We only changed due to Boots closing but regret not moving earlier, we had a few small issues initially (caused by Boots) which were sorted out promptly and the pharmacy staff have been amazing and very helpful ever since. A special callout for their delivery driver who deserves credit for his customer service but all team go the extra mile. Many thanks.

The pharmacy staff are lovely, attentive, they listen, they're helpful. I cannot recommend this establishment more and I will continue to support them.

We always have a wonderful welcome and amazing service whenever we use the Pharmacy. All staff are very kind and helpful. It's wonderful to know that this is one of the only open later pharmacies in South Birmingham. Whenever I need advise they are always willing to help and give guidance. I have been using this Pharmacy for over 10 years and am very happy with the service. Thanks for the wonderful service we receive whenever we come to use the service.

No big waiting like and the staff are kind and very helpful with any extra questions I had regarding the pills I picked up.
