Had a very good experience with Te (not sure if spelt right but pronounced tea). Immediately she took time to hear exactly what I wanted done to my eyebrows and explained how we could do this so that we would understand. Throughout she gave me tips on working with my eyebrows. Experience was very relaxing and pain-free. Will definitely be returning.

I have been seeing Dr Andy for so many years, compared to the other doctors I have seen in the past for cosmetic procedures, Dr Andy truly exceeds my expectations every time. Dr Andy really makes you feel comfortable and welcome in his clinic, there is a lovely receptionist who welcomes you into the clinic when you first arrive and his clinic room is very calm and relaxing. He has a chat with you first to ensure the right procedure will be done, and that the client is aware of the intended result of each procedure and any potential risks. The procedures Dr Andy has performed on my face have been done with great care, precision and he has always helped to create a wonderful look in the end. I always leave his clinic feeling great! He also gives great aftercare advice and is always here for support if this may be required after the procedure. Thank you Dr Andy for years of great experiences!

I never write reviews but I feel compelled to write this as something doesn’t seem to be right here with the staff. I’ve been coming here years, both before the current owner and after. I am literally fed up with the staff turnover and it seems like the staff are not happy/treated well. I used to see Natalia who has worked there for years, only to be told she’s on “holiday” and nobody knows when she’ll be back! I then was booked to see another therapist that I’d seen in August (and she was just new), and arrived to see that EVERYBODY that worked there before, including receptionists have been ‘replaced’ by the owner! Staff are given back to back appointments with very little or no time to prepare for treatments (this is what one staff member told me). I don’t want to spend my money anymore somewhere where the owner appears to think it’s acceptable for the staff, and customer, to have to tolerate such a high staff turnover.

I had very frustrating situation with this salon. Last week I've booked a treatment via Treatwell in Vanity Aesthetics & Beauty and it was paid in advance. When I came to the salon the door was closed but I was patiently waiting for 10 minutes, but nobody showed up. Then I called to the salon and the lady said that she will inform cosmetologist that I came. I've continued to wait for another 15 minutes outside of the salon and then called again. Finally the same lady said me that she didn't manage to reach out to cosmetologist and said to not waste my time (as if I hadn't waste it waiting for so long for nothing) and go home. She said that she will cancel my booking and make a refund. Conclusion: I waste my time, didn't have my treatment, didn't get my money back and the Vanity Aesthetics & Beauty doesn't replay my email. Do not recommend!

Utterly incredible. The therapists are fantastic. I myself am a beauty professional and can honestly say these lovely ladies take the most care and attention to each individuals need. I felt wonderful when I left after my Venus facial. So much so I'm going back for the entire course. I've seen the other negative reviews and can't stand it when a company is given bad comments. They need deposits due to clients not turning up. They can't treat people differently and all they are doing is securing their livelihood. I used to charge the full amount if one of my clients didn't turn up. Its a very hard decision to make but if they are having to turn people away being really busy, to then have that space come up due to a no show its impossible to fill the gap in time. Loosing out on new clients and bookings can cripple amazing small businesses. They should be commended not ridiculed. Wonderful salon xxxxxx 15/10!!

UPDATE - I have just read the response, which is unfortunately full of lies. I wasn't offered ANY free treatments - let alone two! And I spoke to one of the other girls who was there (as I know many people in the area well) and she said she was also upset by the manager's attitude, and other friends of mine have encountered the same. What a shame that there is simply no apology, basic customer service, or even truth about the outcome.

I had a terrible experience at this salon with the manager Elena, who has a poor way of dealing with customers. I had booked online, and I understood that I was unable to cancel this, if not done so 24 hours beforehand. I had an emergency hospital appointment, however, and was forced to cancel the same day. I asked to reschedule, and understood this was not necessarily going to be possible. However, on explaining the hospital situation, Elena was rude, and proceeded to spend some time lecturing me so I understood the 'conditions' of my booking (I did - but was told about 20 times, and felt like I was being put in the corner at school!) My appointment was rescheduled, but I was made fully aware of the huge hassle involved in doing this for the manager. There was zero customer service, politeness, understanding or kindness shown. It was very disappointing, as a regular customer who had never cancelled before. I will not be visiting this salon again, and would not recommend to anyone. There also seems to be a high turnover of staff, and the atmosphere isn't what I'd expect from a calm salon - but if staff are treated the way I was by the manager, I'm not surprised.

My skin is glowing like never before. Eleni is absolutely fantastic and besides being a great professional she also has a sweet kind heart and you can feel she's genuinely passionate about her job. Best place to go for beauty treatments! I feel fab!

Having been a client here for some time I know that Feel Fab Beauty are more than just your average beauty salon - the wealth of knowledge on the treatments they offer is amazing. They provided me with a thoroughly professional service throughout and the results speak for themselves. I am complemented on my clear skin and complexion, this hasn't always been the case let me tell you! The attention to detail is second to none. A little gem.
