I was having issues going forward with FAVC I contacted Alex and he contacted my existing company. After a lot of back n forth messages and call by Alex eventually got my money moved where it's made a lot more profit in the 1st year than previous company in many years. This is a fantastic company. We had Alex's help for remortgaging and buying a new home, as well as setting up life insurance. He was very prompt in all communication and kept us up to date with the various processes. He always explained things thoroughly but clearly to us, which allowed us to make informed choices about our finances. He has a lovely, friendly manner and made some quite significant tasks/decisions so much easier. No question was a silly one and he made us feel so at ease. Alex was the best help in getting our first mortgage. We are both self employed and was mid pandemic. We were turned down by another mortgage advisor due to our self employment and it not being straight forward enough for them to have a quick turn around. Alex saved the day! I asked Alex for some pensions advice and it was very enlightening. The advice offered was very clear and the reasons were very well explained. The advice was fair and the options presented to me were clear in terms of the pro's and cons. In addition when we talked about what else i needed at the time, I mentioned about my need for a mortgage and engaged Alex as my broker in the process. I was a bit sceptical about what the benefits would be but it was just such a painfree process that i wouldn't consider going it alone with a mortgage application again.
