After exhausting all other channels over the years with issues with my knee, I was very sceptical about spending more money on something that I thought might not work. BUT. After my initial consultation with Nick I felt quite confident with the plan of action and advice given. Six weeks later, I can walk , I can walk up and downstairs, I can put pressure on my knee when getting out of a car, I can squat...all without pain! All things taken for granted but was causing me to feel old before my time! I feel it was money well spent. Thanks Nick!

I decided to give physio a go after struggling with my lower back for years.
I got in touch with Valley Rehab and was able to get an appointment almost straight away. After having a free consultation, Nick assured me that he could solve my issue, so I booked in for 4 sessions.
After 3 sessions I was completely cured, no more getting out of bed with aches and pains, I was genuinely pain free.
If anybody has similar issues, I would definitely recommend Valley Rehab.

Nick listened to me worked out a plan and kept me motivated, I can say after 3 years I am pain free, cannot recommend Nick and his team enough, 5 stars all the way, give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Nick has been absolutely brilliant.
I was suffering with back pain after a sports injury. During a free discovery session, Nick very quickly assessed the problem and put together a 6 session plan to get me recovered and strengthen where I was weak.
Service was brilliant, treatment rooms are clean and tidy.

Nick and his team were great actually getting to the route of 2 long term injuries I had been living with , both shoulder acl which was getting to the point of stopping me training. And a long term disc issue .

Taking a different approach then any physiotherapy I'd had before both injuries were turned around in around 8 sessions .

Back training and pain free can't recommend this clinic enough ?

After suffering lower back pain for 2 years, as a last resort I thought I would try Valley Rehab before going down nhs route. I was quite sceptical but after my first consultation with Megan, I decided to book 4 sessions.
After my 3rd session and under Megan's informative exercise instructions and massages I woke up the next day for the first time in 2 years pain free.
I can not explain how much I appreciate Valley Rehab and Megan for their knowledge and help getting me back to full mobility and fitness. Highly recommended.

What a service! I took my 10 year old son when he was experiencing heel pain and tenderness in his achilleas. After the consultation and a 45 minute assessment and massage, we paid for a 6 visit programme.
After 4 of the 6 visits, Nick pro actively approached us and told us we didn't need any more visits and he would be refunding us for the remaining visits.
He constantly showed professionalism and knowledge, was lovely to my son and his integrity at the end means I will constantly promote Valley Rehab to anyone who has a need.
