Before I started coaching with Jennie, I was totally stuck, I couldn't move forward or progress with my life, my business anything.
I did not think there was anyone who would be able to help me!

I was so wrong, during my time with Jennie I managed to let go of my emotional triggers, set clear boundaries and learned to say NO. I gave 100% commitment to coaching because I knew I needed to move forward from where I was.

Since having coaching my life has improved massively, I know me and I know my triggers, I do not react to things that used to send my anxiety soaring, I have learned to respond in the best possible way.

What has boosted me the most is that I have cleared all the clutter from my brain allowing me to power forward with my organisation/business and actually inspire and help others who have been where I was and that for me is just out of this world.

I would not be where I am today if I had not found Jennie and although I put in my everything too. Jennie was just amazing. Caring, considerate, respectful. All in all a wonderful human being who is an inspiration.

My journey was not an easy journey but it was made so much easier because of Jennie.
