My wife had a Tui Na session with Pavel in Hebden Bridge a few months ago, and came out raving about it. I finally had the chance to book a session today, and it was amazing.

He tailors the session perfectly to the client (I need a lot of pressure, my wife far less so, I have quite a few back issues and I hold a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders) - and this was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. He followed it up with some great advice, and simple day-to-day exercises I can use to improve my spine.

Highly recommended, and I will be going back as soon as I can.

Pavel is friendly, positive and welcoming. Had initial assessment and then after treatment Pavel gave me lots of suggestions and exercises for me to do. Pavel is very knowledgeable and passionate massage therapist. I have been for a few sessions now and I look forward to each time as I feel amazing, very relaxed and well in myself and less pains. I would recommend Pavel to anyone, my back is feeling much better but Pavel has also sorted other problematic areas and I can't wait for my next massage. After over 40 years spent working in a kitchen on low workbenches my back and posture was severely damaged and very painful. Lots of physio sadly did not help. A recommendation from another chef led me to Pavel and his amazing healing hands with Tuina massage therapy. The difference is mindblowing. A truly useful service!

Pavel creates a service that is unique to each of his clients based on the initial assessment that they undertake together, for example, I had an injury to my left foot so he focused some time on that area.

Beyond this, Pavel is engaging and insightful, providing the service user with a toolkit to aid themselves instead of hoarding all the secrets so you’ll come back and put more into his pocket. For example, I’m having problems with my elbows while climbing so he gave me a number of routines//habits that should aid the issue.

This service is helpful and I would recommend it to others!
