Sarah is such a lovely bubbly person and really helps to motivate everyone at the Barre Fit class & love that there are alternatives given to cater for all levels. I always feel like I have worked really hard, despite sometimes not wanting to and have definitely felt an improvement in my strength and fitness levels.

I really enjoy Sarah's barre classes, they are motivating, enjoyable and I always feel I have woken up all of my muscles. I love the ballet exercises which are so helpful for everyday posture and strength. The class also includes yoga which is great fun too and Sarah always includes different levels so any fitness and dance/yoga experience is accommodated. Sarah is very friendly and welcoming, booking is easy and flexible. I highly recommended.

I love working with Sarah - whether in a class or with her as my personal trainer - as she manages to balance sufficient physical challenge with encouragement and kindness. Having had a slipped disc, Sarah helped me get strong enough to run 10kms, something I thought I’d never be able to do. I really recommend Sarah, she’s an excellent trainer.

As I am in my 60's I was not sure whether this class would be suitable for me, but I really enjoy it. Sarah's instructions and reminders about posture are very clear and helpful. The class certainly challenges me to work hard but she gives options for adaptations if needed. The music is great and helps to motivate me. I am not generally at my best in the mornings so I think the fact that I make myself get up at 7.15 on a saturday morning to be on time is really saying something impressive about Sarah's class and I feel great afterwards.

"Sarah's Hitt classes are challenging and fun. You get an all-round workout in a relatively short amount of time and you come away feeling much better about yourself and the week ahead. The exercises can be tailored to suit each individual and Sarah is great at motivating you to put in your best effort. If you're looking for a friendly but focused fitness class that will leave you with a spring in your step and a smile on your face, then give this a go".
