Tracy did a combination of Swedish massage, Reiki and Reflexology for tight muscles in my neck and back and foot problems. I felt lighter on leaving and my neck feels normal again. My foot problems i can feel the swelling under my toes has improved so i could walk again more comfortably.

I came because my SI joint had been pulled out of position from tight muscles causing me pain and affecting my sleep and abiluty to stand or walk as it affected my feet , pulling on my hamstrings.
